By implementing eligibility criteria, we aim to select candidates who are committed to their professional development, eager to contribute to the advancement of women in leadership, and poised to benefit significantly from the retreat experience.

Complete Application Applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in advancing their careers and aspire to leadership roles by completing the five question Application Form.
Career Stage Applicants must be early career women with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years of professional career experience.
Career Advocate We ask that you seek out an advocate who will endorse your participation in our CeilingCrushers program and serve as a valuable ally for your participation. Your advocate will help provide you with support, guidance, and encouragement.
