As a C-level executive, I recognize the transformative power of advocacy and mentorship.  I wish in my early career, I had people in my corner who guided me in some very specific areas - but you don’t know what you don’t know!   Now 25+ years on,  I am sharing my experiences, wisdom, and tools with the next generation of female leaders as a complimentary workshop. I hope to not only pave the way for their success but also contribute to a future where every woman has the opportunity to rise and thrive, shattering barriers and reshaping industries.
